At Ezipik, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible service, including a fair and transparent refund policy. Our policy is designed to protect both our customers and our content creators, and we believe it is important to clearly outline the terms of our policy to ensure a positive experience for everyone.

If you purchase a paid plan/subscription, you acknowledge and agree that your subscription will automatically renew and we will charge you on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription and such cancellation is effective, which may not be until the next billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription by changing your account settings or by contacting our customer care team at support@ezipik.com. Following any cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing cycle.

Please note that if you delete your account, you will lose access to any paid time and services left in your subscription. During the deletion process, you explicitly agree to forfeit the remaining time and services in your current paid subscription and acknowledge that you won’t be refunded for the Service.

Refunds will only be issued in the event that you do not receive the delivery within the time period agreed upon in the transaction or within the time period specified in our policies, whichever is earlier. Refunds will be made at the same issuing bank from where the transaction price was received, or through any other method available on our platform as chosen by you. Refunds, if any, will be made via electronic payment transfers.

Please note that refunds may be supported for select banks, and we may request additional verification documents as necessary. Refunds shall be subject to your compliance with our policies, and refund shall be conditional and shall be with recourse available to Ezipik in case of any misuse by the attendee.

We understand that payment issues can arise, and we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to lack of authorization for any transaction, exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and your bank, payment issues arising out of the transaction, or decline of transaction for any other reason.
